Report abuse or safety concerns
If someone is harassing you, sending harmful content, or otherwise breaking our Community Guidelines, report it to abuse@nexbitltd.com.
You can also block anyone directly in the app from their profile or the conversation details. Blocking stops all contact from that person immediately.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first — we can’t provide emergency response.
Privacy & data requests
For questions about your data, or to request a copy or deletion of your account, email privacy@nexbitltd.com. You can also export or delete your account yourself from Settings.

Response times
We aim to reply to support requests within a few business days. Abuse and safety reports are prioritized. There’s no phone line — email is the fastest way to reach us.
